Lead generation that doesn’t stop at the click.
Most paid campaigns don’t fail in the ad account. They fail in the creative, the tracking, the landing page, and the six hours it takes to call the lead back. Adwella builds and runs all of it as one system, with one team accountable for the result.
A written finding about your own account, delivered the same day. No call required to receive it.
straight to a qualified lead.
Six places a healthy-looking campaign can still be losing money.
Each of these can sit inside a campaign that’s hitting every platform benchmark. Impressions, clicks, and cost per lead don’t measure any of them, which is why they tend to go unnoticed until the calendar does.
The platform counts leads you never received
A thank-you page fires the conversion event whether or not the form data arrived. Meta optimises toward a signal that isn’t real, and spends more finding people who behave like the leads you never got.
The page takes six seconds to load on a phone
Around three-quarters of your paid traffic is mobile. You paid for every one of those clicks at the moment they were made, and a meaningful share never saw the page they were sent to.
The form submits and the notification doesn’t
An email plugin update, an expired integration, a full inbox. The form still says thank you. The lead is sitting in a database nobody opens, and the campaign gets blamed for it.
The lead is called back the next morning
Someone requesting a roof estimate or an implant consultation is usually contacting more than one business in the same sitting. By the time the callback happens, a competitor has already answered.
The same three ads have been running since launch
A concept now burns through its audience in two to three weeks. Nothing breaks, so nobody looks. Cost per lead climbs a few percent a week until the month closes badly and the ad account gets blamed.
Nobody owns the sentence “leads are down”
The media buyer points at the landing page. The web developer points at the traffic quality. Both are partly right, which is exactly why the problem survives another month.

Every other option leaves part of the funnel unowned.
This isn’t a criticism of freelancers or agencies. It’s a description of how the work is normally divided, and why the seams between the pieces are where performance is lost.

Six layers. One team. No handoffs.
Each of these is built, monitored and revised by the same people. Nothing is subcontracted out and nothing is left for you to arrange.
Strategy & media buying
Account structure, audiences, bidding and budget allocation across Meta and Google. Built around booked jobs and consultations, not lead-form volume.
Creative & content production
Concepts, scripts, hooks, static and video, produced on a standing monthly rhythm. The largest single lever in the whole system, so it gets its own section below.
Landing pages
Built for the specific offer in the ad, not your homepage. Fast on mobile, one action per page, and revised against real behaviour rather than opinion.
Tracking & attribution
Server-side events, call tracking and CRM matching, checked continuously so the numbers the platforms optimise against are the ones you actually care about.
Lead routing & instant follow-up
Every lead reaches your CRM and gets an AI-assisted first response in under a minute, then a structured sequence until a human on your side picks it up.
Reporting you can act on
A live dashboard plus a written weekly note: what changed, what it means, what we’re doing next. Not a screenshot of the ad platform with a logo on it.
The creative is not the decoration. It’s the largest variable you control.
Budgets, bids and audiences are converging across the industry, because everyone is using the same automated tools to set them. What separates two accounts spending the same money in the same market is what the ad actually says, shows, and makes someone feel in the first three seconds.
of incremental sales from advertising trace back to the creative itself, more than targeting, reach and recency combined.
NCSolutions, ~450 campaignsof a campaign’s success is determined by creative quality, by Google’s own accounting of what drives performance.
Googleis how long a single ad concept now lasts before fatigue, down from six to eight weeks a few years ago.
Post-Andromeda Meta analyses, 2026The algorithm now reads your creative to decide who sees it.
This is the part most businesses haven’t caught up to. Meta’s Andromeda ranking system doesn’t just use your creative to persuade the person who was already going to see the ad, it uses the content of the creative to choose the audience in the first place. Targeting moved into the asset.
- Creative is now two jobs, not one
- It has to persuade a human and describe your customer to a machine. A vague, generic ad fails at both: nobody stops for it, and the system has nothing to match it against.
- Volume without difference does nothing
- Ads that are too similar get collapsed and treated as one. Ten versions of the same photo with different headlines is one ad wearing ten hats, and it competes like one ad.
- Fatigue arrives roughly twice as fast
- Better matching finds your responsive audience quickly and then exhausts it just as quickly. Production has to be a standing rhythm, not a launch event.
New concepts are genuinely different angles, formats and emotional registers, tested to find the next winner. Variants are fresh hooks and cuts on concepts that already convert, which extends their life without risking what’s working.
Every second of an ad has a job and a shape it follows.
Creative gets called subjective because most people never break it into parts. Broken into parts, it becomes three moving stages: a hook, a hold and a payoff. This is how we brief, review and rebuild every asset.
Attention rises, holds, and pays off.
It’s the same curve behind a good scene, a good song and a good ad. We shape it on purpose, not by accident.
The specifics of how we build each beat stay inside the work we do for clients.
Emotion is what gets remembered. Most local advertising has none.
Thirty years of effectiveness data says the same thing: ads that make people feel something outperform ads that list features, and the gap widens the longer a campaign runs. It’s the most consistent finding in the field, and the most ignored in local services.
- The story is the customer’s, not yours
- Nobody is moved by how long you’ve been in business. They’re moved by watching someone exactly like them go from the situation they’re in now to the one they want. Same fear, same house, same street.
- Emotion buys the attention that facts then need
- Feelings survive; specifications don’t. But for lead generation the honest version is that emotion earns the view and the offer closes it. An ad that only makes people feel something and never asks for anything is a brand ad, and we’re not selling those.
- Warming an audience is a cheaper way to buy trust
- Running only bottom-of-funnel ads means paying full price for people who’ve never heard of you. A layer of story-led creative above the offer makes every conversion ad downstream cost less, because it isn’t starting from zero.
Wherever the demand actually is.
Which platforms you run on is a strategy decision made from your market and your margins, not a package you get sold. We open the ones that fit and leave the rest closed rather than spreading a budget thin to look thorough.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram. The strongest channel for reaching people before they start searching, and the one where creative quality moves results the most.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube. Where someone already knows they have the problem and is actively looking for who fixes it.
Google Local Services
Pay-per-lead placements above the search results, with the Google Guaranteed badge. Frequently the cheapest qualified lead available to a home services business, and routinely left unmanaged.
TikTok Ads
Where story-led creative travels furthest and production costs the least. Strong for aesthetics and dental, increasingly viable for home services.
LinkedIn Ads
Higher cost per click, narrower reach, and the only place to target by role, industry or company. Used where a single closed deal justifies the premium.
ChatGPT Ads
Sponsored placements inside ChatGPT conversations, self-serve since May 2026. Matched to what someone is asking about rather than keywords, and still early enough that costs haven’t been bid up.

Who this is built for.
We work with a small number of businesses at a time, in verticals where the economics of paid lead generation are well understood: home services, aesthetics, and dental.
A good fit if
- You’re a plumbing, roofing, HVAC, med spa, aesthetics or dental practice serving a defined local market
- You’re spending, or ready to spend, at least $10,000 a month on paid advertising
- Someone on your side can answer a new lead the same day
- A single new customer is worth several hundred dollars or more to you
- You want one team accountable for the whole funnel rather than three vendors
Not a fit if
- Your monthly ad budget is well under $10,000 — there isn’t enough data to optimise against, and the fee won’t pay for itself
- You want media buying only, with no creative, pages, tracking or follow-up. We don’t split the funnel
- You already have a team you’re happy with and just want independent oversight. That’s Adwella Sentinel, from $69 a month
- You need results this week. Realistically the picture is clear at day 30 and stable at day 90
- You’re looking for the cheapest cost per lead regardless of whether those leads book
The free audit, precisely.
Most agencies offer a “free audit” that turns out to be a sales call. This is a defined piece of work with a defined output, and you can read it and do nothing.
- Campaign structure and budget allocation
- Whether conversion tracking is firing correctly
- Landing page speed and mobile experience
- Creative age, hook rate and fatigue signals
- Search terms and placements you’re paying for
